Getting sick by Heat/Sun

There is no escaping the heat in summer. Here's what you need to know about how the heat affects your body and the precautions you need to take.




Usually our body is capable of handling upto 37 degree.If the temperature exceeds above it, your body tends to sweat.By exceeding the temperature automatically, your body becomes a victim to heat.

Prevention & Precaution:

Avoid going outdoor during noon.Drink lot of water while sweating, because sweat will drain out the water resource from your body.







Wear cotton clothes as much as possible, which will let air passing through your clothes.Don't put in a situation of your body pushing up with hiccups for water.

It's is recommended to stay away from coffee,tea and alcohol for much damage to your body.
